Urban Lazarus Capital is a real estate investment group based in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2005 we've been investing in rehabs, rentals, notes, equity interests, and real estate loans. We help investors who are looking to grow their capital securely and passively with real estate. We also believe in doing well by doing good, and that thoughtful investing can improve lives AND yield superior returns for investors.

Managing Partner
Ramiro is the Founder and Managing Partner of Urban Lazarus Capital. Ramiro has been investing in real estate since 2005, has structured over $80 million of public investment in urban redevelopment projects, and is a frequent speaker on topics such as entrepreneurship, real estate, and community development. Ramiro graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010 with a degree in Political Science. He serves on multiple boards related to affordable housing and urban redevelopment. Ramiro is also the CEO of Prosper West San Antonio, a nonprofit community development organization that is focused on fostering economic prosperity for the Westside of San Antonio.
