Urban Lazarus Capital is a real estate investment group based in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2005 we've been investing in rehabs, rentals, notes, equity interests, and real estate loans. We help investors who are looking to grow their capital securely and passively. We also believe in enriching the community through our investment activities, and that thoughtful investing can improve lives AND yield superior returns for investors.

ramiro gonzales

Managing Partner

Ramiro is the Founder and Managing Partner of Urban Lazarus Capital. Ramiro has been investing in real estate since 2005, has structured over $80 million of public investment in urban redevelopment projects, and is a frequent speaker on topics such as entrepreneurship, real estate, and community development. Ramiro graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010 with a degree in Political Science. He is a board member of OURSA (Urban Renewal Agency), San Antonio Affordable Housing Inc., and the Midtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone. Ramiro is also the CEO of the Westside Development Corporation, a nonprofit community development organization that is focused on fostering economic prosperity for the Westside of San Antonio. 

Gayle mcdaniel

Operations Manager

Gayle is the Operations Manager for Urban Lazarus Capital. Gayle is a licensed real estate agent and has been working in real estate for over 13 years in market analysis and in assisting buyers and sellers in analyzing and closing real estate transactions.
